This week was a busy one! Despite the constant rain, I managed to get back into my old routine after moving into my new apartment. I stuck to my “Books & Miles” goals by reading daily and exercising regularly, with Sundays as my designated rest days.
However, I fell behind on “Matters of the Heart” Trinity on my New Year Resolution this year. While I wrote journals and letters daily, it wasn’t consistent. For a while, I haven’t updated my Chinese Blog, and this website also needs more attention.

Work has been demanding, making it difficult to maintain a healthy work-life balance. Things at work seem disorganized, so I need to spend more time planning and improving efficiency.
There are only 24 hours in a day! To prioritize sleep and running, I’ve decided to cut back on social and screen time. It’s a work in progress, but I know I’m moving in the right direction. I just need to adjust to being on my own for now. While feelings of boredom or loneliness are natural, they’ll diminish as I focus on achieving smaller tasks.
After the whirlwind of moving and traveling, I finally feel grounded. Now I can live the beautiful life I envision: writing, running, and experimenting. I can do this!
